Yes. Every product or service we deliver comes with a base warranty at no additional cost. The coverage period varies by product category — from 90 days for custom PCs to 2 years for signage.
Extended warranty options must be purchased before the base warranty period expires. Contact our team to discuss available extension plans for your specific product.
On-site support is included for Business Custom PC, Server, Signage, and Installation warranty plans within the Greater Toronto Area. Remote support is provided first when possible; on-site visits are dispatched for issues that can't be resolved remotely.
Damage caused by power surges, accidents, water damage, or misuse is not covered under warranty. However, we can still provide paid repair and replacement services at a competitive rate.
We respond to warranty claims within 24–48 business hours. Priority support clients (Server and POS/CCTV plans) receive expedited response for critical system issues.
Yes. Hardware components with manufacturer warranties retain their original coverage. Our warranty operates alongside the manufacturer's — we assist with manufacturer claims and handle all coordination on your behalf.
