Service Scope
- IT support, network installation, server setup, cloud and backup workflows.
- Print and custom production for business marketing and operations materials.
- Signage fabrication, installation, and maintenance support.
Payments and Delivery
- Deposits may be required before production or service activation.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and depend on scope and material availability.
- Late payment terms may apply as defined in project/service agreement.
Warranty and Liability
- Manufacturer warranties apply to relevant hardware/products.
- Client must report defects promptly after delivery/installation.
- Liability limits and exclusions apply as allowed by law and agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
