Refund & Cancellation Policy
This policy outlines our refund and cancellation procedures for services and products.
Print & Signage Orders
- Before production starts: cancellation may be eligible for refund minus design/setup fees.
- After production starts: deposit is non-refundable in most cases.
- After completion: full balance is due.
- Custom products are non-refundable unless confirmed defective.
Managed Services
- Typically require written cancellation notice per agreement.
- Setup fees are generally non-refundable.
- Prepaid service fees generally remain non-refundable unless contract states otherwise.
Defect Claims
- Report issues promptly with clear evidence (photos/videos where relevant).
- Approved claims may be resolved through rework, replacement, or partial/full refund at AimlakeMS discretion.
