To ensure our clients always receive fair pricing, we offer a Price Match Guarantee with an additional 10% discount under the following conditions:
⚠️ Important: End-to-End Service Provider Requirement
Aimlake MS will only price match competitors who are also end-to-end service providers.
As Aimlake MS, we provide comprehensive end-to-end services including:
- IT Services: From initial research and consultation to final product selection, including software, hardware, website hosting, domain management, digital marketing, online business management, search engine optimization, and local business marketing strategies
- Print & Signage: Complete design support, design strategies, and production of business cards, flyers, posters, banners, signage, and all related supplies
- 360° Consultation: Comprehensive business solutions covering all aspects of technology, marketing, and physical branding
- Warranty & Support: Full warranty processing and ongoing client support throughout the product lifecycle
The competitor must provide the same comprehensive end-to-end service model, handling everything from research to final product delivery, warranty processing, and ongoing support. We do not price match against single-service providers or companies that only offer partial services.
1. Price Match Eligibility
We will match the competitor's price for any similar product or service, as long as:
The competitor's item has the same specifications, including:
- Material quality
- Size/dimensions
- Print type
- Finish
- Thickness (for signage/print)
- Production method
Additionally:
- The product is brand-new, not refurbished or clearance
- The competitor is an official business with verifiable pricing (website, quote, invoice, or offer)
- The offer is from a Canadian-based company
- The competitor is an end-to-end service provider matching Aimlake MS's comprehensive service model
2. 10% Off Guarantee
If all the above conditions are met, we will:
- Match the price AND reduce it by an additional 10%.
Example:
Competitor price: $1,000
Aimlake MS price: $1,100
→ We match $1,000
→ 10% OFF → New price: $900
3. Inventory Requirement
- The price match + 10% guarantee applies only if the product is currently in our inventory or available in our production pipeline
- If a product is out of stock and requires special ordering, the guarantee may not apply
- For custom signage or large-format items, the guarantee applies only when using the same grade materials (e.g., 3M vinyl, acrylic thickness, LED modules, etc.)
4. Exclusions
The Price Match + 10% Off Guarantee does not apply to:
- Clearance or liquidation items
- One-time promotional offers
- Used, damaged, or refurbished items
- Bundled packages
- Quotes older than 30 days
- Labour-only or installation-only services
- Competitor pricing errors or typos
- Competitors who are not end-to-end service providers
5. How to Request a Price Match
To request a price match, customers must provide:
- A written quote, screenshot, invoice, or link
- Full specifications of the product
- Date of the competitor's offer
- Proof that the product is the same quality and specifications
- Documentation showing the competitor is an end-to-end service provider with the same comprehensive service model
Our team will verify the details within 24–48 hours.

IT & Cybersecurity Managed Services
Service Scope
Our IT managed services include but are not limited to:
- IT support & helpdesk services
- Network installation & administration
- Server setup (Windows/Linux)
- Cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
- Cybersecurity monitoring & compliance
- Business continuity & data backup
- Microsoft 365 / Google Workspace management
- Cabling, CCTV, on-site tech installations
Service Level Agreements (SLA)
- Response times and service levels are defined in individual service agreements
- Emergency support may be available 24/7 for critical issues (subject to contract terms)
- Standard support hours are typically business hours unless otherwise specified
- Remote support is provided when possible; on-site visits may incur additional charges
- Client must provide necessary access credentials and permissions for service delivery
- Changes to network or system configurations require client approval
Data Security and Privacy
- We implement industry-standard security measures to protect client data
- Client data remains the property of the client at all times
- We comply with applicable privacy laws including PIPEDA (Canada)
- Regular security audits and compliance checks are performed
- Client is responsible for maintaining secure passwords and access controls
- We are not liable for breaches caused by client negligence or third-party actions
- Data backup services are provided as per service agreement; client should maintain independent backups
Hardware and Software
- Hardware purchases are separate from managed services fees
- Software licensing is client's responsibility unless included in service agreement
- We provide recommendations but client makes final purchasing decisions
- Warranty on hardware follows manufacturer terms
- We assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects
Service Modifications and Termination
- Service agreements may be monthly, annual, or project-based as specified
- 30 days written notice required for service termination (unless otherwise specified)
- Early termination may incur fees as outlined in service agreement
- Service scope changes require written agreement and may affect pricing
- We reserve the right to terminate services for non-payment or breach of terms

Service Scope
We produce all types of printed products for businesses, including:
Printed Materials: Business cards, flyers, brochures & menus, posters & banners, booklets, manuals, and catalogues, stickers & labels, restaurant materials (menus, packaging, takeout bags), custom packaging (boxes, sleeves, wraps)
Custom Branded Items: Custom Air Fresheners (fully personalized), custom apparel (t-shirts, hoodies, uniforms), wristbands, lanyards, event badges, custom envelopes, letterheads, folders, vehicle magnets & car branding, QR code cards, loyalty cards, gift cards
Print Services
Artwork and Design
- All artwork must be provided in high-resolution format (minimum 300 DPI for print)
- Client is responsible for proofreading and approving final designs before production
- Any design changes after approval may incur additional charges
- We are not responsible for errors in client-provided content or artwork
- Color matching is approximate; exact color reproduction cannot be guaranteed
- Final design approval must be provided in writing before production begins
Production and Quality
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary based on order volume and complexity
- Rush orders may be available for an additional fee
- We reserve the right to refuse orders that violate copyright or trademark laws
- All materials used meet industry standards for the specified application
- Client must inspect products upon delivery and report defects within 48 hours
- Replacement or refund for defective products is at our discretion
Custom Production Services
Quotations and Estimates
- All quotes are valid for 30 days from date of issue
- Quotes are estimates and final pricing may vary based on actual materials and labor
- Custom projects require a detailed specification sheet and may require site visits
- Additional charges may apply for changes requested after production begins
- Complex custom projects may require a design fee, which may be credited toward final invoice
Production Process
- Production begins only after receipt of deposit and written approval
- Client will be notified of any delays or issues that may affect delivery timeline
- We reserve the right to subcontract portions of work to qualified third parties
- Client must provide access to installation site during agreed-upon times
- Any site conditions that differ from initial assessment may result in additional charges

Signage Services
Installation
- Installation dates are scheduled based on production completion and site availability
- Client must ensure site is ready for installation (power, mounting surfaces, etc.)
- We are not responsible for delays due to site unavailability or unpreparedness
- Installation requires safe working conditions and proper access to installation area
- Client is responsible for obtaining any required permits or approvals
- We carry liability insurance but client must maintain property insurance
Maintenance and Warranty
- Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship, not normal wear and tear
- Warranty does not cover damage from accidents, vandalism, or improper maintenance
- Client must follow maintenance guidelines provided with installation
- Warranty claims must be reported promptly with photographic evidence
- Warranty repairs will be scheduled at our convenience
- Extended warranties may be available for purchase at additional cost

Payment Terms
Print & Signage Services
- Deposit required to begin production (typically 50% of total project cost)
- Balance due upon completion and before delivery/installation
- Payment methods accepted: cash, check, bank transfer, or credit card
- All prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude applicable taxes (HST)
- Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month
- We reserve the right to withhold delivery until payment is received in full
- Official receipts provided for all payments for business/tax records
IT Managed Services
- Monthly or annual service fees are billed in advance
- One-time setup fees may apply for new installations
- Additional services outside scope are billed separately
- Payment is due within 15-30 days of invoice date (as per service agreement)
- Late payments may result in service suspension
- All IT service invoices include detailed breakdown of charges
Delivery and Shipping
- Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed
- Shipping costs are calculated based on size, weight, and destination
- Client is responsible for inspecting items upon delivery
- Damage claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers

Print & Signage Services
- Cancellation before production begins: deposit refunded minus design fees
- Cancellation after production begins: deposit is non-refundable
- Cancellation after completion: full payment is due

- All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing
IT Managed Services
- Cancellation requires 30 days written notice (unless otherwise specified in agreement)
- Prepaid service fees are non-refundable but services continue until end of paid period
- One-time setup fees are non-refundable
- Early termination fees may apply as specified in service agreement
- Client remains responsible for all charges incurred up to cancellation date
- We will provide reasonable assistance during transition period

Liability and Indemnification
General Liability
- Our liability is limited to the value of the products or services provided
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
- Client agrees to indemnify us against claims arising from client-provided content
- We carry appropriate insurance but client should maintain their own coverage
- Installation is performed by qualified professionals following safety standards
IT Services Specific
- We are not liable for data loss unless caused by our gross negligence
- Client is responsible for maintaining independent data backups
- We are not liable for business interruption or lost profits
- Our liability for IT services is limited to the monthly service fee
- We are not responsible for issues caused by client's third-party software or hardware
- Client must notify us immediately of any security incidents or breaches
Intellectual Property
- Client retains ownership of their original artwork and content
- We retain rights to use completed work for portfolio and marketing purposes
- Client warrants they have rights to use all provided content, images, and logos
- We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement by client
- Custom designs created by us remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed
Force Majeure
- We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
- Includes but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, material shortages
- We will make reasonable efforts to complete work despite such circumstances
- Client may cancel order if delay exceeds 30 days due to force majeure
Dispute Resolution
- Disputes should first be addressed directly with our customer service team
- If unresolved, disputes will be handled through mediation
- Legal action may only be taken after mediation attempts
- These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada
Modifications to Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time
- Current terms apply to all new orders
- Existing orders are governed by terms in effect at time of order
- Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms
